AI training for companies
AI Training for Companies
Your team is already experimenting with AI on their own. Without strategy, data governance, and a real connection to your processes, that experimentation never turns into results. We train your team and, if your company needs it, we build the solution with the same team that builds AI agents and automation in production.

Companies that already work with us
01 · The core idea
Using AI is not just using ChatGPT
Your team is already experimenting with AI on its own, but trying a tool is not the same as transforming a process.
What the data shows
95%
of companies invest in AI with no measurable return
4/10
Argentine SMBs already use some form of AI
3.3%
have a written policy on how to use it
30%
of generative AI pilots get abandoned after the pilot
Sources: MIT NANDA, The GenAI Divide (2025) · nadIA survey, UTDT and Fundar (2026) · Gartner (2024) · Deloitte, State of AI in the Enterprise (2025)
Each person on your team tries a different tool, with no agreement on what data can be shared and no way to measure whether any of it improves the business. Using AI is not opening ChatGPT to write a better email.
In Argentina, 4 out of 10 SMBs already use some form of AI, but only 3.3% have a written policy on how to use it, and more than half remain in a purely experimental stage, unable to measure what changed (nadIA national survey, Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and Fundar, with IDB support, 2026).
The same pattern shows up globally. According to MIT, 95% of organizations that invested in generative AI still see no measurable return on their business: tools like ChatGPT or Copilot boost one person's output, but they don't change business results unless they're connected to a real process, the right data, and a way to measure impact (MIT NANDA, The GenAI Divide, 2025).
Gartner reaches a similar conclusion: at least 3 in 10 generative AI projects are abandoned after the pilot stage, not for lack of interest but because of poor data quality and risk controls missing from day one (Gartner, 2024). And according to Deloitte, the main barrier stopping companies from integrating AI into their workflows today is not the technology: it's their team's skills (Deloitte, State of AI in the Enterprise, 2025). That's where we come in.
02 · Our take
Process first, tools second
What a real AI adoption includes:
- Strategy and use cases built on your real processes, not generic examples.
- Data governance and security: what can and cannot be shared with an AI tool.
- The right tool for each task, not one tool for everything.
- Automation of what your team still does by hand.
- Integration with the systems your company already uses.
03 · Who this is for
Every company starts where it stands today
- SMBs already experimenting with AI, with no order or data governance.
- Accounting firms, for faster tax filings, reconciliations and reporting.
- Law firms that review and draft documents every day.
- Retail and e-commerce teams looking to automate support and stock.
- Development teams who want to go beyond prompting.
- Customer service teams that still answer everything by hand.

04 · How it adapts to your team
Custom, not a one-size-fits-all curriculum
On-site in Córdoba or remote for all of Argentina and other countries. No fixed duration or price: that's defined after the diagnostic. If you already know you want to move forward, you can also check our plans.
Intensive for leadership
A focused session on what to decide first and how to measure it, built for leadership teams.
Internal AI champions
We train the people who will keep AI usage on track internally, after we're gone.
Workshops by team
Sales, customer service, admin: each team practices on its own cases, not generic examples.
Follow-up and implementation
If your company decides to go beyond training, the same team builds the solution.

05 · Why us
The same team that teaches also builds
We are not just trainers. We are the same team that builds AI agents, automation, and RAG systems in production every day: 19+ years of experience, 350+ projects across 12 countries. What we teach is what we do.
We also build our own AI products, like AgonProp (a real estate platform) and nuph.ai (LinkedIn outreach), and you can see real work, not mockups, in our projects.
If your company decides to go beyond training, we can build it with the same team.
06 · How we work
From the first conversation to implementation
Free 30-minute diagnostic
We learn your processes and where your team stands today with AI.
Custom program
We define modules and format based on what we find in the diagnostic.
Hands-on workshops
Using your company's real tools and processes, not generic examples.
Follow-up and implementation
If your company wants to go beyond training, we continue with the same team.
07 · Where this can lead
How far this can go
These are examples of the kind of project training can lead to, not specific clients:
- A customer service agent that answers with your company's real context.
- The automation of an administrative process your team still does by hand.
- An AI knowledge base (RAG) so your team finds answers instantly.
- A redesigned site or panel once your team knows what it actually needs from it.
